Sam & his team made this so easy for me. My car was needed because of work & family. Their online system is Awesome to accept or deny the work breaking down each results found that needed to be fixed or needed attention. They even gave me a FREE loaner. He worked with me as I gathered my money to pay it off & did not charge me for storage but they worked fast the moment I checked the accept, he ordered the parts, came in the next day and boom my car was done. Yesterday they even called me to see how things are going, what auto shop does that? They are So Amazing. My son's car broke down needing a alternator, had it towed their in the early morning and it was done before end of business day the same day. Having moved here about 2 years ago from an area with a mechanic and I knew and trusted, I was uneasy knowing I would have to go through process again of finding a mechanic. That being said - I've been bringing my Honda to Southend Auto Care since then and I have only had excellent experiences each time with Mark and his team. They are communicative, are able to answer any questions on car maintenance and billing, and are transparent in the various options and prices they provide. All of the staff I have worked with have been personable and enjoyable to speak with. Thank you all for your great service and I look forward to continuing to bring my car to you all.

Very pleased with the results of the service from South end auto. They did excellent job and provided me with much relief after my car brakes were fixed and the heater blower motor was replaced. Also very happy to get my car back the same day. Overall amazing service, customer service and staff there.

I am grateful to the repair team at Southend Auto Care… I love these guys because they are always ultra professional. They have inspected and repaired vehicles before my family & I have traveled by road to the east coast. I have had some big repair challenges in the past where costs could soar if mistakes are made and these guys have always got it perfect. Last week they performed a vehicle inspection for a used car I was buying from a nearby dealership and they found some critical issues, presented to me in a very organized inspection report. I had a great experience with Southend Auto after a recommendation from a coworker. They were able to get me in without an appointment and quickly diagnose the problem with my suspension. They were efficient with the repair and I had my car back the next day. A few days later the owner Mark called me to ensure everything was taken care of to my satisfaction.
