The buying process was perfect. But as soon as you sign customer service stopped. There were minor items the dealership owed us like a couple scratches to be fixed. We now are unable to get the sales associate or manager to call us or speak with us even though they have had our car with less than 600 miles on it for a week and never touched it. We have a loaner but now the letter has expired.

Be careful with this dealership. They tried to a bait and switch with me. I shopped online for a couple of weeks looking for the right fit Jeep for me and when I thought I had found it I called to confirm that the vehicle was still available for sale and was told yes. When I got to dealership and walked the lot it was nowhere to be found in the Chesapeake lot. They offered me instead a new model at a considerably higher price. Then when I told them no to expensive and they offered a second Jeep at a price point still to high for my budget. I was told that the Jeep Gladiator I wanted was not available because they had put into some sort of customer loaner program and could not sell it. So I left and went home and started my search again. During my search I came across the original Jeep

Bought a truck on Martin Luther king day. I've driven it a little over 1,000 miles and now oil and coolant are almost none. Took my truck up there 4 times , no one has looked at it . Asked them to get a new truck . Tried to trade it in and they gave me only $2500 back in a trade when trick was over 29000. I will be reaching out to their president Mike to sort this over . This is the second vehicle I've bought that's had issues right away . Bad business

This place is one of the most unprofessional places concerning the service department.We have purchased Three vehicle from this particular location.We came in to get free oil change and tire rotation and waited 4 hour for all service tech to go to lunch and return. I got there in enough time for my truck to be done before lunch but the very very sweet desk attendant got frustrated and angry with me because he couldn’t find that I had a recall, in fact I did. My husband had loyalty To them but not me ,I find that most places will take my money with dignity and respect.That one star is for Sean the sales person,He was Great but he won’t be there long.
