I tried the rest and finally found the best with Southern Auto! My wife and I looked around for over a month for the right car when one day we drove by the Georgetown location and saw our new baby! We stopped in and talked to Co, not only was he extremely helpful in finding us the right car for our family but he was all about making sure that we the ones that came out on top. After going to dealer after dealer this was amazing to have someone actually care about the customer and not just the bottom line. Co helped my wife and I purchase our new 2013 Kia Optima. Shane and Country are the go to guys for anything that happens with the car and the get it fixed and back on the road with in a day or two. Coming to southern auto mart was the best decision I made especially with building my credit. The team is amazing. Mrs Brandy is the financial consultant. She’s very understanding. Her kindness shows it all. Got to love Shayne over the mechanic department. He’s top mechanic. And he gets you right every time. Mr Richie the salesman took the time to hear me out when I first went there three years ago. My credit was okay. But he got me in a vehicle anyway. Southern auto mart. Georgetown. Got to come check them out if you’re looking for an affordable decent vehicle.

It’s funny how I look this place up a little over a year ago when I was looking for an affordable gas savor. I must say, after reading some of the reviews it had me kind of worried about doing business with them. Either way I did make a purchase and I really have no complaint with my car neither the friendly and professional service I received thus far. Any issues I’ve had with finances Ms. Brandy has always made a way to help assist me in solutions to making payment arrangements if something came up. She’s a very friendly and polite person(truly professional). It’s always a great vibe when we speak. This company really exceeded my expectations. I will continue to do business with them in the future.

Edit: Changing to 3 stars. Waiting to see what they can do to right the wrongs. Giving them the benefit of the doubt and being hopeful for a positive outcome. Don't do it. I was in a situation where I was desperate for a vehicle and got taken advantage of. At first everything seemed great, people were nice, and came off as honest. Upon leaving after being there forever doing paperwork is when the problems began. The car I just purchased would not start. I was assured that they would fix it as long as I brought it back the next day. I did and they fixed what they said and the very next day the car wouldn't start again. Once again they "fix" it and im able to drive for a week before it doesn't start again. I've had the vehicle since February and have not even put 1000 miles on it because
