We had been in the market for a Ram 1500 for almost a month, 3 times we scheduled an appointment to test drive at different dealers only to have been told the trucks were sold even though we arrived ahead of our appointments. Not a good way of doing business. No matter, something MUCH better was in our future. I tried to post this review a few days ago but now I can’t find it so I’m guessing it never fully submitted. I took my car here for an oil change on 1/17/26 at 10:45AM. By 5PM I was smelling oil from my hood. I popped the hood and discovered the cap was never placed back on. (The cap was located where it’s circled in the picture). Oil had spit up onto the inside of my hood. After checking the oil level, it was a little over a quart low. Had to go buy oil and fill it. Thankful nothing bad happened while driving around with almost no oil after an oil change!

Joshua Tyson did a great job walking me through my trade-in process and explaining everything clearly, which I really appreciated. What truly stood out was GM Brison Chu, who personally stepped in to make sure the deal was handled correctly and that everything was done the right way. That level of leadership and customer care makes a huge difference.
