Service Dept review- Southern has always told me they strive for 5 stars and to call a manager if anything did not get them a 5 star. Well, I’ve called for three days in a row before they closed (Monday-Wednesday) with no callback. I left a message either with an actual person taking my name & phone number (twice) or on a voicemail where I clearly left my name & phone number (once). With no return calls. I have always had majority of my work and all my oil changes/state inspection done at Southern Greenbrier Service Center Greenbrier, up until I got my serpentine belt done. This was in March of 2025, with 156,876 miles. A few days after I drove my car off their lot with my new serpentine belt, I noticed a ticking sound. According to Mopar, my serpentine belt should last between 50,000-100

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Car Buying Experience! I want to give a huge shoutout to Kevin Jones for being one of the best salesmen I’ve ever worked with. He never pressured us at all and actually talked us out of a car he knew had a lot of issues. That honesty meant everything. He pointed us in the right direction and made sure we ended up with the exact car we wanted. Truly top-tier service. Also want to thank Nerely Blanco for helping us lock in the protection plan and monthly payment numbers we were looking for. She was patient, helpful, and made the whole process super smooth. I want to take the time to write a review. So, in October, I unfortunately lost my key for my car. If it were just that, no big deal. Go to the dealer, get the key programmed, and go about my day. But I had a whole ordeal on my hands that I didn’t expect. I ended up having to purchase a BCM for my vehicle, which is a big purchase. But I really want to point out the professionalism of the service department for handling everything how they did it. I want to put a major shout-out there for Ron in the parts department for helping me the way he did. I almost lost all hope with this dealer until this gentleman went out of his way to talk to the new service director, explaining the multiple hoops I’ve jumped through to get this key back order after back order. My wife and I came in the beginning of the year and we got a fantastic deal. However during the sale the general manager and sales team said they would get a pedal extension for my wife the following tuesday. Apparently they never ordered it or what ever excuse may be. Its been almost 2 months now and no resolution. The extension of the pedal was the selling factor to buying the car so the sales team lied and said they would offer this to assisit the sale cause my wife is to short to comfortably drive the vehicle. What is the deal? Why the no response to text, or calls. What do i have to do to get this resolved? I may have to go another route to get this done.
