Southern Collision Center

On January 15th, I sadly had an encounter with a deer that caused significant damage to my vehicle. The next day, I was able to drop off my vehicle at Southern Collision Center in Enterprise, Alabama. From the beginning, Brian (the owner) and his staff provided excellent customer service. They went above and beyond to address my concerns, kept me informed throughout the process, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. My vehicle was ready for pickup by February 2nd, which was a great turnaround time considering the damage. The repairs look great, and I truly appreciate the professionalism and care they showed. I highly recommend them for any collision repairs. 10/10 experience!

Great service and great work! Can’t even tell there was damage, great paint job, car was done after only a couple weeks. The guys up there are very knowledgeable and experienced! They were very detailed and even cleaned up my car when it was done. Great experience overall, I will be returning to them for any future body work needed!

I would 100% would recommend based on attitude alone. The had me in and out within 10 to 15 minutes. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and professional. A staff member who I don't think worked in the front even checked to make sure I had been seen and wasn't still waiting around .Overall I had a stress free experience while I waited for them to pull a dent out of my car.

This place is fantastic!!! The best around. The guys there were so helpful and kind. They answered all my questions ( I had never been in an accident before.) They helped me from start to finish. When I went to pick up my car it looked BRAND NEW!!! The paint matched perfectly and I could not even tell there was any damage done to my car. These men have a lot of experience and take great pride in their work!! I felt very well taken care of and the work is fantastic!!! Thank you gentlemen so much! I want to bring them a card and snacks one day to show appreciation ☺️
