Just a few days after I got my new Jeep I was hit by another car in traffic. Many months pasted between the accident and the day I got the call that my Jeep had been repaired. I’d like to highlight the amazing service I received from Mr. Calab and the entire staff at Southern Collision Works between those two occurrences. As you can imagine dealing with insurance companies can be a huge headache but Mr. Calab advocated consistently on my behalf with the insurance company, communicated with us often to keep myself and my mom updated every step of the way and repaired my Jeep perfectly! We are so pleased with the service we received and the finished product. This company goes above and beyond for their customers which is very rare these days! We wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone! T

She provided clear and detailed quotes, took the time to make sure I understood everything, and kept me informed with timely updates throughout the process. Her professionalism and customer service made what could have been a stressful situation much easier. The repair work itself was completed efficiently without sacrificing quality. Service, pricing, and communication was excellent! They went above and beyond in facilitating the repairs and working with the insurance company to get everything paid. I most appreciate that they didn't hide the required service. They completed the repairs "by the book" and didn't leave surprise line items (e.g., required calibration) off the initial quote to make it appear like a lower price. From working with them over the last few weeks, it is apparent that their top two priorities are 1) their customers, and 2) their employees. And they will push back against insurance companies to protect both. Thank you all sincerely. I hope I don't need your service again. But if I do, you have earned my trust and will be my first stop.
