My 18 yo worked and saved for nearly a year to purchase his first car. Bryan and Doug made the process very easy. No surprises. No haggling. No pressure. Just helpful conversation and genuine people who cared about my son’s wants and safety. My son is thrilled with his car and I’m thrilled he will have a quality vehicle to get him through the years ahead. We even drove in from Tampa to look at this car. Worth it. And we’ll be back!

Took my daughter here to look for a vehicle. The vehicles we looked at were in less than good condition. We shopped other places and they had cars the same age, type, mileage that were in much better condition. When we told Jack that we were also looking at another vehicle at another dealer. He began looking them up and basically bad mouth them when he doesn’t even know them. He struck me as the typical used car salesman which is not a compliment. We were considering 1 of the cars but was turned off with the negative comments. Also, when we told him the most we could pay he still tried to go $2k over our limit and tried to justify that and ignored that we only had so much cash. Would have been a cash sale!!

I was experiencing ongoing issues with my car since purchasing it on Nov 23rd, and was extremely dissatisfied with both the condition of the vehicle and the lack of support I received since going into the shop on Dec 19th. Oil Issues: Within weeks of owning the car, I noticed the oil was short by four quarts, and black smoke was coming out of the exhaust. I took it to the shop multiple times for oil-related problems, which seems like a major oversight on the dealer’s part. Depreciation: I tried to trade in the car and was told it was only worth $15,000, which is $10,000 less than what I paid for it just one month in. I like the car but I was lied to multiple times during the sale process. I was told the warranty i purchased was 24 month 24k miles, it's 18 months 18k miles. Was also told my 1st payment would be 45 days from the day of purchase. The payment is due 30 days after which is entire check before it was supposed to be due. This apparently can't be changed to what I was promised either....I haven't had any issues with the car yet (knock on wood) but I'm concerned now. How am I supposed to trust someone who blatantly lied multiple times? Im highly disappointed and only do future business with honest people.
