Eddys a good man. He did everything in his power to help me resolve an issue for my customer after I installed a new SHR transmission and Protourqe torque converter. Problem solved! I'll always recommend SHR.

Let me just say 11/10 would recommend! Blew the transmission on my Ram TRX had it shipped to SHR and they got right on it, they were upfront and honest with pricing and that there would be possible additions. Their shop is veteran operated and that meant a lot for a Veteran. Now about 2 months after receiving my transmission she’s running healthy and strong. Can’t wait to see my times in the 1/4 I’ll take it a lil easy on her for a while but would definitely recommend this shop for any of your transmission automotive needs.

Nice people until your order gets lost from UPS and I as the customer helped them get a claim covered by UPS because they didn't have the correct coverage and with my security footage proved that UPS never delivered the parts. They didn't call me when they received full refund from UPS and when I called to get my money back I was told by Joanne that she had to talk to Eddy and would call me back that day. NO CALL BACK AGAIN. So I let PayPal no that I still haven't been refunded. The next morning I get a call at 6:30 Am getting yelled at by Eddy saying it"s my fault for being impatient and to never call them again. WOW!! All they had to do is keep there word and call back instead of making excuses that they were to busy or whatever other ones they came up with. Bad bossiness!!! And still

I've been dealing with Eddie and Jimmy at Southern Hotrod for a few years now. They are what service and costumer satisfaction is all about. The work they do is top of the line and they stand behind it. I wouldn't imagine letting anyone else touch my car. Great service, great people and great products always.
