My first experience with this business, but probably not my last. I needed to find a used auto battery, at a decent price, so I did some googling. Reasons for the 5 star review: 1. They answered their phone! This should not be a big deal, but it is these days. Called several businesses over the past couple of days. Not only did (repeated) phone calls go unanswered, there were no voicemail options given. And, not every question can be answered on a website, or by a chatbot. But, here my call was answered, and got my needed info quickly. 2. They had the part I needed (a used battery) in-stock. When other businesses did answer their phones, they did not have what I needed. 3. No appointment needed. Told me to drive in, they'd take care of my needs. 3. Free installation. Though I'm cap
