My wife and I conversed with Joe over the phone to buy a 2017 Winebaggo Navion 24G, did I say we did this from CT. We flew down to Florida on a Saturday, which by the way Southern RV is closed on the weekend, not that day, Joe opened for my wife and I, incredible. Joe helped us through the test drive, being our first ever RV it went seamless he has all the patience in the world, any additional questions I had that he couldn't answer, Joe got right on the phone with the previous owner and got me what I needed, sure he wants a sale, but he went over the top to make sure we felt comfortable knowing we would start our journey back to CT that same day. Thank You.
Fantastic experience!They were honest about the repairs needed, provided a fair estimate,and kept me updated throughout the entire process.It's hard to find trustworthy service,but these guys are the real deal.Will definitely be a repeat customer!
Heather was amazing! We went in not knowing much about what we wanted, she was friendly, and very helpful opening my eyes to want I want and need in a perfect camper! When I go back I will definitely want to have heather help us!!!
Great professional service! We have been bringing our RV to Jayson at Southern RV since we acquired it in 2016. He is honest and fair. He is happy to let us know if an issue is something simple we can take care of and save a few bucks, and recommends the best product for the job. If it's something that requires more expertise, then he takes care of it for us and has fair prices. We recommended him to some close friends who are also more than happy with his work. I haven’t had any service work done here but have frequented for parts and they are always free with advice when asked. Should I need service I would definitely consider them. My last visit was to get some sealer for under my new skylight - Though I am yet to fix it (a little worried to do myself) the owner gave me some good pointers
