We had a great experience! Shawna was incredibly helpful and patient as we picked out our first camper. Jerrell was also great with our walk through. The prices and service were a lot better than our experience at Camping World so definitely check this place out!!

We had a great experience when we purchased our Venture Stratus @ Southern RV. Heather, our sales lady, was great to deal with as well as the guy in financing. The guy (sorry I can't remember his name) that walked us through our camper when we picked it up did a great job showing us what everything was and how it worked and answered our questions, if we had any. With that being said, the only reason why I'm not giving 5 stars is that we brought our own new Equalizer hitch to mount and with us bringing it, Southern RV would not install it for me and that's fine. I understand insurance regulations and them not wanting to be responsible for something that I brought. I had an awesome experience purchasing our new Class B RV at Southern RV. I enjoyed meeting all of the friendly staff there and everyone involved in the process were just great! If I ever need another RV, I think this is the only place I would want to go to again. Super nice! I only wish they were not so far away from me for services!

I recently visited Southern RV looking for a travel trailer, and Shawna made the whole experience great. Great experience buying our first travel trailer. We had been looking for the perfect fit for a while and just weren't finding what we wanted. We let Troy know what we were looking for and once one came in with our requests, he sent us all of the info and a video of the travel trailer. When we went to look at it in person we met Clayton who was super helpful with all of our questions and requests. At pick up, Jerrell did the walk through with my husband and went through the entire trailer showing him all of the essentials. Overall a great experience. We absolutely love our KZ Connect and would 100% recommend Southern RV!
