Even with our high volume of Euro cars they usually have or can locate the needed part. Don't assume that if you don't see them listing a part on Car-Part.com, call them. Earlier today the person driving this company’s truck nearly killed myself and 5 small kids during a zipper merge on 17 West just past Vestal, NY. He felt the need to push me off the shoulder and push tight so no one could get in front of his truck. He blocked off two lanes, completely going against the laws of a zipper merge and holding up traffic behind him. I was along side of him until he closed my space and had no where to go. He’s obviously a dangerous driver and has some road rage. My dash cam caught it all.

I placed an order for a transmission on 12/4/25 they said is should be to me in a few days 2 weeks go by i call and get “well get back to you” after another 2 weeks same thing. Today is 2/3/26 and they tell me they don’t even have the transmission and gave the refund i guess they’re a better bank than scrapyard

Steer clear buy elsewhere. Horrible customer service. They sold me a bad engine, knocking as soon as it was installed and started. They recommended put either water or Lucas treatment in the oil to make it better. Knowing this wasn't going to fix it i wasted the $20 on the Lucas because that was the process they wanted to go after about 300 miles the knocking had only got worse. Called them for a week with promises they would get back to me. Never would call me back or give me an answer on a replacement or refund. They don't care about there customers and would rather just ship out bad parts and tell you to bad afterwards. Don't waste your money here it will only cause a headache and a wasted time.

Told me they had the part but was having trouble getting it out the vehicle so I explained to them an send them pictures on how to remove it didn't hear back from them so I called next day an now they don't have the item vehicle is completely stripped according to her so wastes 5 days with these people could of been looking else where for the 5 days
