Southern Tire Mart at Pilot

It’s very hard to find the tires i need with national account across different Southern Tire Mart locations. They work with Continental but they don’t keep them in stock. Why is there no consistency across locations and what’s the point of working with an account if you guys don’t have the tires when people need them? This used to be my favorite tire shop over the road but the inconsistency makes it unreliable!

If there was an option higher than 5 stars these guys definitely deserve it. My alternator blew half way through a ten hour drive and we stopped to make sure we were safe to keep driving. They confirmed the alternator was bad and were nothing but helpful and kind in getting it replaced to get us back on the road. Once we got a new alternator they had it in within 30 minutes and they didn’t even charge us. These guys are genuinely incredible. I am extremely grateful for the guys that helped us and I would absolutely go to them in the future if I could.

Had a radiator hose that was leaking. Got us in and out in half hr time and prices were great! Definitely recommend coming here! Even chat with you while doing the work
