Southern Tire Mart at Pilot

Genuinely life savers!!! They don't even do cars usually. Yet I called with a tire running flat. They had me in and out , tire patch & balance less than a hour. And best of all, didn't charge me a dime. 10/10 recommended.

Would not recommend them. I hope that this location does not represent the entire company. I came in for a flat repair and pm service on my truck about 4:30 and was told they wouldn’t be able to do anything with my truck until tomorrow because they closed in 30 minutes. While I was leaving two of the employees one a young kid who looked Hispanic and a short older balding guy made a couple very racist remarks about my attire and of me being of middle eastern descent. Very unprofessional and uncalled for. Went across the street to Speedco and they were able to get me in and out in no time all while treating me like a person. I will be taking all my business to Speedco in the future. I used to go to this location all the time when it was Goodyear but no more will I ever come back. They won’t

I came to get two steer tires replaced. The place was completely empty which in that case it should take one hour too replace tires. This place took almost three hours which made me fall behind on dropping my load, which the shipper then charged me for. Very unprofessional but have reliable products. This place cause me money and very valuable time!

On vacation 1000 miles away from home with new RV. Staff is absolutely fantastic. Told us to come right in. Helped us through the whole process. Had us back on the road in no time. Would recommend highly.

I CAN NOT SAY THANK YOU ENOUGH... i had some work done at the BOSS Shop over in Altoona, and broke down about 8 miles west.. i needed a special nut for the tensioner.... the fellas were closed and headed home for the night... THANK YOU MEN for helping me out.!!! mikeh
