Southern Tire Mart at Pilot

Stopped to get abs light checked. I spoke with Chance he got his techs on the repair fast. They found a pin hole leak in my trailer tire. Appreciate the find. The got the abs light fixed too repair only took a few hours. To get everything done. I like when you meet hard working experience tech.

Our trailer tire blew out on the 40, if you know the area you know there isn't much around there. We didnt have a useable spare and really needed some help. Most tire shops only service the big rigs. So i was feeling very hopeful but I gave Southern Tire Mart a call anyways. Wendy who was running the front desk was extremely helpful. She wasn't sure if they could help us right away but resumed me she'd do what she could to get us back on the road. Luckily we just needed our tire on our spare transfered to a different rim. They were able to help us pretty quickly and we were back on the road about 30 mins from arrival. If it weren't for them we would of been stranded there for hours waiting on AAA. Thank you Southern Tire Mart!!

I am so grateful for the prompt help tonight with the slow tire leak and alternator belt adjustment that allows me to use my headlights again on my long trip (voltage was dropping from a loose belt). I am blessed, and the service here reminded me of that. I am a nomadic hermit monk and people have been showing up for me in miraculous ways. Farewell, and bless you. Southern Tire Mart always does right by me in Flagstaff and this one in Yucca did too. Didn't catch the mechanic's name, who took my call and also did the work, but glad to shake his hand goodbye. He has the rare communication skills, especially listening, and remaining calm, that one does not find in very many mechanics. Thanks again, comrade.

I stopped by around 5:20pm to get a tire fixed, but the female mechanic was screaming and raging. The environment felt very unprofessional and uncomfortable, so I decided to take my business elsewhere. Customers should feel respected and welcomed, but unfortunately, that was not the case here!!!!!

We changed oil yesterday and today I checked the oil level,and ,surprise,no oil at all😯😮😮😮this is so unacceptable because is my truck,so unprofessional and some of them don't know what to do the good work. SO DISAPPOINTED 😞
