Came in last weekend due to tire sensor went out. Ended up buying all four sensors and a new set of tires. Everyone is as very helpful and professional. Car was ready to go within hour and a half. Highly recommend going to see them. Thank you southern tire for the great service!

Brought motorhome in for six new tires. It was six hours AFTER the motorhome was put in the service bay when they said it was ready. When I inspected it, the valve stem extensions weren't put back on The manager said the person that removed the tires was different than the one who put them on. Not much of an explanation. I asked them to air up the tires to 100 psi. When I drove 40 miles back home, I checked the air pressure and one inner tire was at 55 psi. I aired it up and held. I guess the technician had trouble remembering which tires he filled. Additionally, they left grease on the rims AND torqued the chrome simulator lugs to the same as the tire lugs. If you have the word 'tire' in your name, you should be better than this.

Be careful when you go there with an issue. When I called them to check if they have a Zenna drive tire, the man confirmed that they have one. But when my driver arrived there, they offered totally different tire for the same price which I had no expereince. Make a triple check before you even go there
