Had a blowout on the interstate. Wait for service was less than 30 minutes once my vehicle was on site. I ended up needing a new tire and they had what i needed in stock. The service and staff were outstanding. I honestly didn't expect to be treated as well as i was treated and the service exceeded expectations, so great job by everyone involved.

My salesman,Luke got me a set of tires for my 2018 RAM. The price was good and his service was excellent. I then took my 2009 Chevy truck in for service. Luke made sure the service was timely and I was comfortable while I waited for my repairs and oil change. This man and Southern Tire has my business going forward.

I came here to have two tires put on and it took 2 1/2 hours! Two days later I hear a funny noise in the front end come to find out I only had 3 of the 6 lugs left on my front right tire! Come in to have it fixed and been sitting here for 20 minutes before they even take my truck back! Customer service is sub standard and the employees are seam to work at there own pace and no care for customer service! I won’t be back and will not refer anyone here!! When they were putting the after market tires on I ask what was the tire pressure he was putting in them he responds with 35psi and looks in the door jam for the tire pressure to the stock tires!! I told him their after market tires and that he needs to look on the tire for the pressure! Didn’t think I would have so many issues!!

i got 4 brand new tires in September last year and already had to fix one and replace one. One went flat going down the highway with my child in the car and nothing was ran over with that tire and they would not replace it. Not safe tires!! I’m a single mother I need reliable tires that will last longer and have a better warranty that’s safer for my children to be in the car!!

My brother in law purchased a set of tires a few months ago, one of the tire blew out, i mean the middle of the tire exploded. I took the car in to have the tire replaced only to find that the guy Kevin didn't hold up to his word after keeping the damaged tire over the weekend; he expected me to pay for a new tire because of some warranty that Luke said the tires had. This is supposed to be the top of the line tire; and now he is stuck with three more of the same tires on the car; this was a horrible experience.
