I came in for a tire change, but left with lasting memories of Willie — an 84-year-old tire tech with over 60 years of experience, still working hard with a smile. I can only hope that when I reach his age, I’ll still be on my feet and kicking butt too. Thank you, Willie, for taking the time to talk with me — you made my visit unforgettable.

I love love love STM! I have only dealt with Chris, who is pleasant and about his business. He takes care of me with ease each visit. The facility is always clean and neat. I never feel taken advantage of like I do at most auto shops (because I'm a female). I will always come back!

Did a great job getting us a new tire during our Christmas road trip. Great waiting area, and they let us bring our dogs in too. Even without an appointment on a busy day, they got us in and out in just over an hour. Great people!

Had a tire losing air, expected a patch… only valve stem.. these folks took the wheel off, checked tire and replaced valve stem and said no charge, thank you for choosing southern tire mart!!! Excellent excellent excellent service!!! And I only waited 5 mins to get the good news!!! Most facilities would hv charged for the tire dismount, core, hourly labor etc… this is why I choose southern tire mart for my tire needs, thnk you Jackson, MA staff!
