Southern Tire Mart

I had bought a full set of tires from another Tire Mart but, from the beginning, they were very wobbly as soon as I hit 65mph. I called this store on a whim as I was driving to Lubbock. They were sooooo super sweet and understanding from the beginning. As soon I stepped in the door, Doug came to greet me immediately and with a smile. He was very attentive, courteous, well mannered and made me feel very welcome! I was impressed from the start. I wish I had given this store my business from the very beginning, but they definitely have my loyalty now. I will definitely be referring everyone I know their way! Was at this shop on 9/6/24. Arrived at aroubd 5pm on friday when they were just about to close. The team in the office and the shop were so kind enough to stay for one more hour just to get me back on my way. Ran into payment issues with company card so had to leave the truck there overnight. The team gave me a free ride to town so i could spend the night in a place with services. In todays world where kindness is rare, this people went above and beyond.
