We experienced exceptional service at Southern Tire Mart! After a blowout on our Sprinter van, we needed two new tires urgently. We called several tire shops, only to be told it would take 1-3 days or that our tires weren’t even available. Then we reached out to Southern Tire Mart. Their team was incredibly kind, professional, and immediately helpful. They secured the tires we needed by the end of the day and guided us every step of the way. Their expertise was impressive, and we’re truly grateful for their outstanding service!

They went above and beyond. My son got a flat on the way home from visiting during Memorial Day. No one in town was able to get a tire on the same day. Then I called Southern Tire Mart. They got one in before the close of day, and my son made it home that evening. Thank you! Most impressive!

Got my tire slashed while at work. My lug nuts were air tight and Jim came out to help. Ezra answered all my questions and really listened to my concerns. Thank you both

I want to say thank you to upper management. I had a truck out there and we were hitting road block after road block on finding a tire place to change a flat and he came through when no one else would. Thank you to the man that happened to be in the yard when my guy was in need.

I was shopping around for tires and read the description listed "from the owner" And figured I would call the price out my tires. Once I got on the phone with the gentleman. He was quite rude snapping at me saying they only dealing commercial. When I let him know that the google had car tires listed he snapped saying "well it's wrong". When I attempted to suggest he look at it he got short again and hung up.
