Had 8 new trailer tires installed about a month and a half ago.... Have had 6 flats on them since then. Each one occurring due to the little plastic tip on the valve stem cores breaking off and jamming the valve stem cores open... Only way to fix it is to remove tire and replace the valve stem.... THE LITTLE PLASTIC TIP IS TO PROTECT IT DURING SHIPPING. TAKES JUST A FEW SECONDS TO POP IT OFF BEFORE SCREWING IT INTO THE VALVE STEM! TECHS ARE TO LAZY TO DO SO THOUGH. TAKES ME ABOUT 45 MINUTES TO MANUALLY BREAK TIRE BEAD, WRESTLE AROUND TOOLS AROUND INSIDE TIRE/RIM TO PULL VALVE STEM OUT, PUT NEW VALVE STEM IN, GET BEAD TO RESEAT, AIR TIRE UP, AND INSTALL NEW VALVE STEM CORE... USUALLY DOING THIS OUTSIDE IN THE ELEMENTS, WITH TRAFFIC GOING BY, IN THE DARK, OR SOME COMBINATION OF THE ABOVE...

These guys were awesome. I went in there with 3 flate repairs and a Cracked rim. Not only was their prices very good, they also did a Fantastic Job. Left with 4 New Tires. Thank You guys.

5 star service!!!! Went for 1 M863 Bridgestone, and I got greeted by the most delightful young man in their warehouse. He told me his name was Roland. The service was so great I had to stop for a moment and cry….. I love his vintage hoodie as well as his upbeat attitude!!! Would come again.

Anthony and Logan always take great care of my charger every time I visit. The full PM service is great they even rotate my tires every time! The techs are always quick and professional. I will definitely be coming back to buy new set of tires and for all future repairs and services..

Other than the 2 guys at the front desk who were great and helpful. The Oil change was ok, took them about 3 hrs to get done. And even though I had to go to Volvo down the street and get my own parts because they don’t have the help it’s understandable. But the guy who did the tire rotation on my Volvo 670 was unprofessional! And seemed like he just didn’t care about the job he was doing! I have a set of chrome covers and, caps on my tires there not that expensive but still worth a lot to me. He got frustrated with one set and used a pair of pliers to take them off instead of cleaning his oily hands. I’ll upload a set of pictures to show what I’m talking about.
