Don was great when my work trucks tire went flat in Farmington. Fast but also great customer service
I had a great experience with Southern Tire Mart’s on-call service. I was stuck with a flat trailer tire, and Don came out to help. He showed up quickly, was professional and friendly, and had the tire changed in no time. It’s not easy finding fast and reliable roadside help, but Don made it a smooth and stress-free experience. Outstanding service all around—highly recommend if you ever need mobile tire support!
True to their word, the technician arrived right on schedule. Don was not only punctual but also incredibly knowledgeable and courteous. They assessed the situation quickly, diagnosed the issue, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I felt completely at ease knowing my semi was in good hands.
Flat tire on the step deck, Got help from Mr. Lee much faster than expected, top-notch professional service you can tell this man knows exactly what he's doing! I really appreciate the rapid response. Thanks again!
