Really happy with the service, although I believe it was a subcontractor. I was camped in the desert with my RV when I noticed my severely damaged tire. I called all over for a mobile service to replace the tire, I didn't want to dig out the spare only to have to get a new tire anyway. Another shop recommended Southern Tire Mart and they sent Carlo, who was knowledgeable, efficient, and funny. Great guy, and as a woman who travels in an RV solo I'm used to men trying to rip me off. Carlo was honest and straightforward, really nice guy. Tire was replaced quickly and I was back on the road. Thanks, Carlo!

I had a good experience with Southern Tire Mart overall. The mechanics were professional, friendly, and very helpful. They clearly knew what they were doing and made sure the work was done right. For reference, the price for balancing a semi truck tire was $42. One downside is the tire pricing: the semi-truck tires they had in stock were top brands but very expensive. The cheaper options were limited and still overpriced, so there wasn’t much flexibility on budget choices. On a positive note, the workshop itself is new, clean, and spacious, equipped with the latest equipment, which definitely adds to the quality of the service. Took my 2017 Ford F250 4x4 in for an alignment today. It was my first time at this new facility and was pleasantly surprised. The staff is friendly and the techs did an excellent job on the alignment. Reasonably priced too. The fixed an alignment job that was messed up by a different shop in no time. Will be definitely coming back to this location for all my future alignments and service needs.

I recently had service done at Southern tire Mart on Valencia. I highly recommend them. I had a unique problem with my vehicle rims and tires, I called and spoke to Ken about my situation and he was more than willing to listen and try to help find a solution. He told me to bring the vehicle in, which I did and everyone there went above and beyond to help with my situation. Ken’s service was outstanding as well as David, the tire technician. As a female, you’re always leary of being taken advantage of… However, it was complete opposite. I was treated with respect and they were more than willing to listen to my issues. I highly recommend STM It will not hesitate to use them again.

I got my tire changed here twice from a potholes and both times were great experiences. They ordered my tire and changed it same day. I felt taken care of and this is definitely my go-to location for anything tire-related! Can't recommend more! :) price is very reasonable as well.
