Southern Tire & Muffler - a Main Street Auto shop

I recently had an issue with my car that needed a tow from my job to this shop. Mr. Mike and Zeb were extremely helpful and professional. They went out of their way to connect with someone who could tow my vehicle for a decent price. After repairs they even went out of their way to make sure I could get back from the rental car service to the shop to pick up my vehicle. Their kindness and support has truly made a difference. They did not price gouge and did quality work on my vehicle. They are very transparent about what needs to be done and what can wait. My vehicle was repaired in a timely manner. They have a wonderful financing option as well. Thanks guys for your service, I highly recommend.

Great service team made sure he took his time to figure out what the problem was which is something that I really value. Again they’re a great service team you just have to have patience as a customer that they’ll get the job done “RIGHT”. Me personally if a shop had me in and out TOO fast it would be a problem, but these guys took they’re time, took good care of my car, and didn’t charge me for a quote. CANT BEAT THAT!!!!

Staff were friendly and professional. Job was done efficiently. My first visit took way longer than expected and made me late to another appointment so I almost didn't go back the second time. Glad I did.
