Although the tire seemed to be holding pressure (only a 1.5 PSI drop overnight), I wanted to be sure there wasn’t a nail or cut causing the issue. The team at Southern Tire quickly scheduled an appointment for me and checked all of my tires in under half an hour. They clearly communicated their findings, letting me know there was no issue—even a hole they found wasn’t leaking. This level of transparency and honesty is rare and truly appreciated. The staff were very friendly, but they were extremely busy. The earliest appointment available was 10 days out. Since I need to drive my son to college this weekend and it’s a long round trip, I couldn’t wait that long. The brake pads were already making noise and didn’t feel safe, so I had to cancel the appointment. Their business being so busy probably means their workmanship and quality are excellent. If you plan to get your car repaired here, it’s best to schedule an appointment at least two weeks in advance.

I can’t say enough good things about Southern Tires & Service! When my vehicle broke down over the weekend, I had it towed to their garage. Monday morning they quickly diagnosed the issue and had it fixed in no time. They went above and beyond to source the best-priced part, keeping my costs down without compromising quality. I had a flat tire today. Due to the storm, most businesses were closed, including Southern Tire but Matt was there when I came to the door and he was kind of enough to open up to help me get it repaired. Very much appreciated! Will be recommending Southern Tire to others now.
