Austin helped us pick out and purchase our new ROG 12RKSS and the experience was great. From transparency to financing, it was smooth as butter. Great communication from the time we did paperwork, to the pickup date, without ever feeling pressured into buying extras or unneeded items. The process was as straightforward as it could be. Gary was very thorough with our walkthrough and helped explain all the nuances of this quirky little trailer. He also did a great job wiring up my new brake controller! 1 Star – Avoid Southland RV (Norcross, GA) Service Department at All Costs If you value your RV, do not trust the service department at Southland RV in Norcross, Georgia. We purchased our Airstream trailer directly from this dealership. You would expect a company to stand behind a product they sold. That has absolutely not been our experience. We brought our trailer back to them for three specific warranty issues. One of those issues manifested within two months of taking ownership. These were clear, addressable factory warranty items. Our trailer then sat on their lot for seven months. During that time: • The original warranty issue was never resolved. • The main living-area air conditioning unit failed a second time. • The charging system failed. • The awning issue remained unaddres
