Needed a car while mine was in the shop. Prices WAY better than "name brand" companies. Returned early, given full credit for that day and full refund of deposit. No issues whatsoever. Will use again if needed. Thanks!

We rented a Chrysler Pacifica for our family vacation & it was the best decision we made! The van was very spacious as well as entertaining. Some of the features included headrest entertainment, sufficient HDMI & port chargers, touchscreen dash, etc. Our rental was great on gas & clean upon arrival. Southside’s staff was beyond amazing. Recently being involved in an accident left me without transportation while repairs are being made as of January 2nd. The increased stress levels while trying to find rides or relying on people to get you to work, Dr.Appointments, and other pressing matters can be extremely overwhelming. Im sure few can relate. I called Enterprise and Hertz, the pricing, the requirements, and the deposit were a bit much and just to time consuming. My dad mentioned Southside so while I had transportation late in the afternoon, 11 minutes before they closed I walk in the door asking for a rental. The lady who doesn’t work in the rental department everyday called the rental lady and she walked her through what to do and she got it done for me.
