Autowerks was recommended to me in a VW group on Facebook. I was surprised to see all 180+ 5-stars reviews. I went to check my car and how Autowerks makeы all customers 5-star happy. Grant (the owner) and Justin (technician) did not fix anything in my car so far but they explain how I can fix ABS module ($2200 just the part in the dealership + labor) for $1300 as well as offered an alternative just to drive it without ABS module. The latter explanation is not a fix but calms you down and make you aware and you can make educated decisions. I am grateful they gave me their time to explain all of this + that I can save money on changing timing belt not at 100 000 but at 130 000 miles. Was having issues with my 2013 VW CC smelling gas. I so appreciate the Techs explaining the fines, suggestions and what can be done. The customer service and the knowledge of Audio and VW is unmatched. Have a guarantee customer as long as I own my Audio and VW. Recommending my family who also have Audis and VWs.

Grant and his team are top notch. I've been going to them for over a year and I wouldn't take my VW anywhere else. They are honest and know what they are doing, and are very reasonable. They don't try to beat you like the dealerships. So grateful for the recommendation from a friend.

Being an aircraft tech for over 35 years, I've become a bitter old man when it comes to someone working on one of my cars. Absolutely love Southside Autowerks, Jamie and Garret helped out on a 2016 VW Jetta with a multi point inspection and preparation for a cross country drive from Georgia to Minnesota. During the multi point inspection checked all tires and brakes, and noted that the rear brakes needed attention. After discussing options went with the best choice and everything was easily accessible with the link they provide, and it gives you all of the information that you need without over complicating things.
