I honestly never thought I'd be writing a review for a body shop, but Jen and Tim provided such great service, I feel I owe it to them. They were so kind and easy to to work with. They helped me get a rental car when the insurance company had tried to ignore my request. Jen took it upon herself to call them over and over because they simply did not answer their phones. When she finally got through, she got them to contact me with confirmation of my rental car. Awesome! Needless to say, their work was impeccable and I'm very satisfied with the whole experience.
