Absolutely amazing work. They were very fast and professional and clearly like performance cars, which is important to me when picking a shop. My car looks as good as the day I bought it, it was returned fully detailed & the work was flawless.

The driver door on our Rogue was jammed up against the fender and would not open. We went to Southside without prior contact or an appointment and were greeted with a smile and a "how can we help?" attitude. In short order we were on our way with a fully functional door, without being further damaged. The owner personally worked on our vehicle. Absolutely the best customer accommodation, service and satisfaction.

The service here was excellent! 1. My vehicle looks perfect, and the driving feels much smoother than before—they clearly did a great job on the engine. 2. Several functions in my car now work properly again. For example, the headlights automatically turn off after locking the car (which they never did before), and the interior lights work normally again. 3. They polished the exterior so well that my vehicle looks brand new. 4. The body shop also cleaned the inside, and I really appreciate how spotless and fresh it feels. With all of the services, the price is great and reasonable. Overall, I’m very impressed with their attention to detail and the quality of their work. I would definitely recommend them!

Was referred here by my dealership to correct a factory paint defect. We went over all the options that were available. When I say these guys have transparency and integrity, I 100% mean it. As the car manufacturer would have been the one to pay for it I had nothing to lose and they could have went with the most expensive option and I would have agreed. BUT the reality is I wouldn't have been happy with the results and was explained why in a manner that I could understand. To put a cherry on it all, they were able to spot touch up the paint right then and there. Which my main concern was future corrosion, and they lifted that concern right off my shoulders. I highly, highly recommend you give these guys a shot for any paint and body repairs you may have!

This shop is best of the best in my opinion. We have a terrible insurance company, that is literally harassing this shop for updates, lying about dates and other things to get out of extending our rental etc.. The shop has been extremely patient and poised with them, and more than kind with us. They aren't cutting any corners and the insurance is mad at them for it. They're giving us the correct parts to make sure the job is done right, a true testament to their integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. We cannot thank them enough for: 1. Standing up to the insurance company. 2. Doing the job correctly. 3. The amount of patience they have had with both us and the insurance company.
