Southside Towing & Recovery

What a night!!! Called AAA to have my wife's SUV towed. This all started at 5:30 pm. To say the lease they dropped to ball. Its wasn't till 9:30 pm we got a call Tony. Said he was on his way and would be there in30 minutes. Mind you he was the first company that AAA called. The first was 30 minutes away from where her Truck was broke down. Tony was only 14 miles away. He was there in 22 minutes. Loaded her Suv with the quickness and we were finally on our way home after5 hours of sitting on the side of 94. I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping us out as fast as he did. I would recommend Tony and his company to anyone.....

Absolutely outstanding! I called Southside in a total panic because I was driving on a back road with my infant and sick toddler when the snow caught my front passenger wheel and pulled me just off the road. I was completely stuck. Of course my gas light had just come on and it was getting dark. Also completely freezing outside. They got to me as fast as they could and pulled me out so quickly. I was so relieved! Definitely would call them if I should ever run into an issue again but let’s hope that doesn’t happen. Thank you again for taking such good care of us!

I wish I could give Tony 20 stars. He is so careful with my cars and just an all around personable and nice person. His rates are fair, his trucks clean and I really appreciate having someone like him around when I need one of my cars towed.

Tony was fast, friendly and professional! Within minutes of calling, he was on his way. He handled my truck with care, and made the whole process easy! Highly recommend!

Tony came out at exactly the time we agreed upon on a Sunday morning. He also help me out with another vehicle I was having problems with and wouldn’t accept a tip for the additional work he performed. What a great guy. I will use him in the future and refer him to anyone in need of towing services!
