Parts Department Is a Joke — Deceptive, Condescending, and Dishonest Southwest Infiniti's parts department is hands-down the worst customer service experience I’ve had in years. I ordered a simple $85 part, completed every identity verification step they asked, and still got blindsided by a “signature required” delivery — a policy they never disclosed. UPS failed to deliver it three times, and the package was returned. Instead of owning the mistake or fixing it like any decent business, the parts manager (Michael Heil) immediately got defensive, blamed me, and refused a full refund.
