Have been here several times over the years of working local in dallas. Now I’m just a company driver so I can speak to price or any of that, but the people that work there are very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. I was there yesterday with a broke mirror and they got me in and out same day. I drive an international daycab so I’m sure I’ll be returning.

An unpleasant experience I had on 03/02/2026 at the parts dept when I went to collect a part for my International just at 05.13pm.The parts guy who served me was literally hostile.I was flabbergasted as to why.I had phoned in advance & gave him the required quote # greeted him politely but he gave me bad service

They Attempted to Murder me and other motorist on the highway. I brought my 2017 international isx for what I was advised was a possible recall on a QLS sensor. long story short we had a heated disagreement on the diagnosis and the new invoice estimate. I dicided not to use there service. I believe the service manager val instructed her techs to slash my brand new steer tires and loosened my transmission nut bolts see attached photos. God was on my side since the transmission broke after exiting the highway. This would have been the worst carnage if it happened in motion. I tried to reach out to the principal/owner Tom Lerch numerous times so he can have an internal investigation so this doesn't happen anymore but he never responded. I'm a company driven so I usually don't care about repairs or how long they take. That being said this shop will do unnecessary repairs that you refuse in person multiple times and take 12 business days to do it. Poor communication, it actually took me two days to get a diagnosis for my top runner light being out.

If you need to buy a truck, ask for Brandon Flaming. He’s smart, has tons of energy, and is honest & reliable. His background is in the service dept, so he knows a lot about trucks. Brandon gave me recommendations that I would not have considered & I have a better truck because of it. He also brainstormed with me & helped me customize quite a few things. The entire dealership is honestly great. Everyone stepped up and gave individualized expertise when needed. Josh assisted with my tires. And Brock assisted with my cabinets. They also made recommendations for outside wiring and APU installation. I visited several International dealerships and they were by far the best. I LOVE my truck!
