I had a great experience at Southwest Kia! I originally came in to get three recalls taken care of, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The customer service was amazing. I had previously gone in for an issue with my AC making noise and it wasn’t resolved at that time. However, when I brought my car back yesterday, the service advisor I worked with made sure everything was handled. He fixed the AC noise and completed all three recalls without any issues. I really appreciate the professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to make things right. It’s great to see a dealership that cares about its customers. Highly recommend Southwest Kia for their outstanding service! #ShoutOutToAuse!! He’s the best!

I was there for a recall regarding the starter/ignition.. The service was amazing. The representative kept me updated and made sure I was comfortable while waiting for the service to be completed. I also really appreciate the reminders that were sent out to me to make sure I did not miss my appointment. And although I had to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, they were still able to accommodate me the following week. Your great customer service did not go unnoticed. The dealership was amazing. The service was impeccable from the initial call I made by phone to Kia regarding a recall and a new protection feature. Both services were free of charge. I got a service appointment within 24 hrs! When I got to the dealership on LBJ in Desoto TX, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. We left our vehicle for the 3-4 hours that the dealership provided as the time needed to complete the service. We received a call before the time expired stating that our vehicle was ready for pickup. The dealership washed and vacuum our vehicle and met us with a smile and courteous hospitality. It was easy peazy with no hassle, attitude or lack of communication. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE STILL EXISTS. Thanks Kia!

I visited Kia Southwest on 11/15 for routine service. When I arrived, I informed the advisor that during my last visit a technician had left grease handprints on my glovebox. He told me that if they were still there at pickup, he would clean them himself. Unfortunately, he was not available during checkout, my car was parked across the lot, and not only were the original handprints still there — there were more. At that point, I simply left. A couple of days later, on 11/17, when I got the vehicle up to freeway speeds, the steering wheel began shaking violently. I contacted my husband, who has 5 years of experience as a Kia technician, nearly 15 years as a Mercedes technician, and is now a Kia University instructor. He immediately told me that Sorento's are known to shake if the lugs are

Excellent dealership - Everyone has been super friendly. Standard service work has been 50/50, took 3 hours for OTA recall update and 8k mile tire rotation. Washer fluid recall updated but still getting message. 3 hours with being the 1st one in the shop at 715 AM was looping. But service manager was very nice and professional.
