SP Lube Express & NYS Inspection

I have been coming here for a few years and hadn't had any issues until recently. I went in for a Synthetic Blend Oil Change and figured out that I was overcharged. I called and ended up speaking to the owners son about it. He was very polite and reasonable. He looked into it said he knew by the amount that I was charged, it was for a Full Synthetic Oil Change and Service. So after figuring that out he told me to come down and he would give me a full refund. I applaud him for the way he handled the situation. He was genuinely disappointed with what happened and genuinely wanted to make it right which is rare. Much respect and I will continue to come here.

Went for an oil change and they never refilled the oil so now I have over heating problems ever since, if you have no other choice to come here I'd check oil level before leaving, has happened to others too

Went for an oil change first thing on a Sunday morning. As soon as I get out of the car I got attitude from the two technicians. I asked one what was wrong? He said he now had to work. I then said an inspection is probably out of the question then. I just get a look from the both of them. I didn’t push the matter any further. One of the technicians came over to me shortly after and basically said they don’t feel that they should have to do any work on a Sunday because they work long hours during the week with little time off. I will not be bringing my vehicles there anymore nor recommending them to anyone.

I recently had my oil changed elsewhere and developed a problem while at the casino next door. The valet noticed oil leaking from my car. Stopped in and they fixed it quickly and saved me from serious engine damage

These guys are absolutely great! Not only will they get you in and out very quickly. If they notice anything wrong on your vehicle they will be quick to let you know. Highly recommend to anybody
