Honestly, the process from selecting the vehicle, talking terms, and finally going to finance to sign took way too long. They leave you sitting there without updating you. They force you to buy their protection package, which is not worth it. It supposedly covers tint, paint, and some anti-scratch thing, but no paperwork is given to you regarding it. Once the sale is made, getting answers about what still needs to be done to the car takes forever. They no longer care about the customer. They make the sale, and then you still have to return to get those additional services done. Wasting your time and your gas to do it. I also had to use their Collision Center due to someone hitting me, and they took 4 weeks to fix a minor scratch and dent. They barely communicated updates, and when I picked

Very satisfied with the job that was done on repairing and replacing the door on my Toyota. Noah was very professional respectful and he's good at his job. My only little negative was it took longer than expected to get the car fixed. However I'd rather them keep the car an extra week and get the job done correctly and perfectly then get the car back early and have issues.

Prompt efficient, great communication tenacious working with our insurance company a good solid five! I would not think about using anyone else for collision.
