Extremely rude on the phone. Didn't answer by saying "Space Coast Auto Glass" answered by saying "Hello". As if I'm calling some house. Very unprofessional. Spoke with a mumble and when I asked him to repeat himself he got even more irritated than when he had to answer my phone call. Rather than asking "may I have your vin number so I can look up what kind of vehicle you have" (which didn't make sense based on what I was asking as I wasn't looking for a windshield replacement) it turns out his mumbling was just "vin number, vin number, vin number" until he finally blurted out "what kind of vehicle is it?". When he finally let me explain the job I was looking for, he simply said, "I'm not interested in that.". I finally just hung up. Stay away from this guy.
