I gave Marcus a call about the AC on my Subaru Forrester. He told me he’d be by while I work from home on a Friday. He came over, completed a job quickly and efficiently and made my weekend that’s much better. I didn’t have to sit in the shop for hours waiting for my car to be done. Great service - great communication, more than fair pricing, and solid work that helped me keep my car on the road when it is MUCH needed for this busy mom! I was able to discuss “pre-diagnostics” before he even came out so we can save time and money and target the issue, and he did everything he could to save me on the expense. And then, after the repair, I had a new “noise” that I was concerned was related to the repair, and without question he came back as soon as he could to check it out to make sure the work was solid, and figured out what the new noise was for me.
