Sparkle Buggy Car Wash

DO NOT GO TO THIS CARWASH! Fist I went through the wash on Wednesday and got the ultimate with tire shine. The tire shine was splattered all over my white truck when I got home. So I decided to go back and talk to the attendant and get my truck washed again. The arm of the machine slammed into the rear passenger door of my truck and left a big dent!

I was in there Thursday and got a car wash on way to hospital when pulling out notice my mirror was gone. Was late so didn't turn around I was admitted to hospital. Went back today and guy say "yea we have your mirror but we won't help put a new one on because you left and came back." Why would that matter you know it happen there you had the dam mirror. Your dryer tore it off. I have a member ship but if this is how to try to get out of damages I won't have membership

Overall everything was excellent. Since new management started you can definitely notice the difference. Staff if always available to help. Everyone is friendly . I recommend using this car wash. Prices are reasonable and you can sign up for 1 cent.

Was thinking about getting the car washed today. Sparkle buggy is the only car wash that isn't completely out of the way... but then I remembered how terrible it was when i went there 3 months ago. Paid for the best wash they had and it didn't turn out any better than any other average wash... but that wasn't what really annoyed me. I was waiting (behind no one at all) for a really long time - to the point where I thought no one was there - when finally a guy sauntered out of his car in the back of the lot. He didn't even bother to smile or say hello - or even get off his phone. I tipped him $20 (as I remembered that people used to dry your car at then end)... still no smile, not a thank you, just a look of annoyance, like I was just there to waste his time. It's pretty bad when there are no other cars there and the attendant sprays the car with water only, no brush, and goes back and sits in his car today. Got through the car wash, and I guess it was too much for him to leave his car to wipe the car off so we wouldn't have water spots. We got the Ultimate with tire shine and tip. My wife had to wash the windows when we got home. I will be calling management tomorrow. When the previous manager was there working all the time, the place did an awesome job. Now it is a joke!!! We will not be wasting our money there again.
