Sparkle Express Carwash

This car wash does a great job! Another car wash I won't name always left small white spots all over my Jeep. I assume they were small spots is soap. This wash does a great job at cleaning and has other amenities as well. I haven't used the detailing section yet but will when I need a detail on the inside. Would recommend!

Kind customer service, grounds were unkept. We used the express car wash, they offer onsite detailing. An attendant is required to assist you, memberships available, it was 12 + tax for the cheapest service. They had a cart with solutions for cleaning and rags were provided.

They first off called and said car was ready they mixed my car with another one....it was still a two hour wait. Picked up my car and it looked good until I got it home and they missed so many spots on my interior and lots of over spray on my heads up display, windows, etc.... we are also missing the TV remote to the car and cup holders were not cleaned properly. I just keep finding more and more every time I get out of my car and horrible when other people are pointing it as well. I will not be going back to this place for a full detail ever again.

The only reason I'm actually giving a 2 star is that the car wash was good. I went in and got the sparkle wash and paid extra to make sure it was all vacuumed and wiped down. None of the above happened. Even the dash is still covered in dirt. I ended up cleaning it up on my own and it was still faster than it took them to "clean and vaccum" it.

Loved the car wash and the hand wiping at the end gave it a more personal touch. Then detailing it at one of their bays, gave it the cherry on top!
