Sparkles Car Wash & Lube

Sparkles has always been our go to place to for both oil changes and car washes. Unfortunately our experiences the last few times have changed that. Two oil changes ago they did not put the oil plug back properly after changing it and we had a major oil leak. We took it back the other day for another oil change with the hope that they would fix their mistake and they didn’t. In addition, I paid $35 extra for a car wash including vacuuming and wiping the car down and they did a terrible job. As shown in the pictures they didn’t even completely vacuum it and left many parts dirty. Needless to say we will not be going back.

Best car wash ever! My car looks brand new again. I am just blown away. Do you have a new customer and I will be returning quite a bit. Thank you for the excellent service. They worked very hard on every detail and it is very much appreciated. Thank you again.

We have nothing but good to say about this car wash and their staff. Always excellent service, very careful with your vehicle, do very detailed work. Friendly and quick to get in and out. Their vacuum stations are also nice. Price point is very good. Clean and safe location.

I had my car detailed, and they did a very nice job, I had a lot of dog hair in my car and they did a very good job cleaning it up. I am satisfied with the job, the price was very good and reasonable, I will keep bringing my car here always.

Went in for a Silver wash and decided to pay the extra $6 for a hand clean and tire dressing. Should have just gone with the Bronze wash because they don't give the guys drying cars enough time/training to do it properly. They didn't dry the door handles and by the license plate. The tire dressing is the worst, they probably use watered down armor all if anything because the tires dried out in 5 minutes. They also heavily advertise "Free Vacuum" with express wash and my car was never vacuumed. All they care about is getting you out of there asap. I gave an extra star for the hard working guys drying cars.
