Sparkling Image Car Wash

I've been going to this business for 15 yrs - ever since they got bought out by sparkling image it has continued to spiral down the drain in quality of work - I got a car wash and vacuum and I'm including pictures of my "cleaned" exterior - all of 3 min after they finished it - this isn't the first time I've noticed how not entirely cleaned my car is. Is it cleaner than it was when I brought it in? Yes - is the outside cleaned off from bugs, watermarks etc entirely? No it's not and if that's the service you're paying for it should be what you get. I've had this same quality of work on my car with their high end packages and with their basic - my car never comes back completely cleaned and today was my last straw. I got a wash and an interior detailing, and my car is absolutely spotless! The job was amazing and very well done. I’m beyond satisfied with how clean everything turned out. The workers were very nice and honest about the pricing and job they’d be doing. They got everything I asked them to clean. I highly recommend them for any interior work! They did a great job!

I’ve been coming to this car wash for over 15 years, and my whole family brings their cars here as well. They’ve always done an excellent job. We truly appreciate the time and detail they put into every vehicle, every visit. The staff is consistent, respectful, and hardworking. It’s rare these days to find a place that takes pride in their work, and this car wash definitely does. Highly recommend!

They are very rude, and the machine broke in the middle of the wash and cause a lot of damages on the vehicle and when I report that they say they don’t have insurance and they cannot do anything about it and everyone act as a manager and none of them take any responsibility beside that there was very rude and aggressive

Jonas is very great and excellent customer service . My car is shining and squeaky clean . I recommend this place for car wash .
