Andres at Sparkling Image Car Wash did an amazing job on my car. He went above and beyond with his attention to detail, especially helping me clean out all the crumbs and debris my kids leave behind in the seats from their endless snacks. He was patient, thorough, and made sure everything looked spotless before I left. It’s clear he really takes pride in his work. I visited Sparkling Image Car Wash location in Plantation, FL to have the exterior and interior of my black Hyundai Sonata cleaned/vacuumed. When visiting a car wash, I typically inspect my vehicle after it is cleaned and vacuumed. Upon doing so, I noticed that the cleaning machine had torn off the trim on the passenger-side front (see picture attached). I asked to speak with the location manager, whose name is Diego, and he denied the machine ripping the trim off the vehicle. Only after I stated I had proof that the trim was on the car before the cleaning did he agree to review the security camera video footage. After making me wait about 30 minutes while he reviewed the video in a private office, he came out and stated that the video did indeed show the machine ripping the trim off the v

I’ve been using this car was for years. Then I moved an hour south, but I still come here. The service is always great. Today I am getting a full detail inside and out which is definitely needed. You cannot go wrong coming here. I definitely recommend this establishment.

Andres and the entire staff are the best in the Country. Andres takes care of my Mercedes weekly. The attention to detail with the amazing finishes Sparkling Image offers is truly the best. Don't get your car washed anywhere else. 10/10
