These people had the audacity to try and sell me a monthly membership… thankfully I didn’t get it because they did such a terrible job. Very careless team. Left water marks on all the exterior body of the vehicle. Didn’t vacuum the inside or cared to clean the cup holder area.Do not come here and waste your money.

For the price you would think a better job would have been done at the end in had to tell the guy to wipe down parts of My car that had been missed there was still more spots but I had to go to work. It is nice that you get to carwashes for the price of one however quality of the service. Wish I can post photos since then I went back to get the second service still not even better then before really wish I was able to post photos so people can see how such a bad cash wash this really was

Great customer service! Pedro is excellent - he is always kind, helpful, and efficient! The actual car detailing could be more consistent - I’ve left with water stains along the sides a few times. Although I prefer the hand car wash with a wax, the drive thru wash is great for when you want something quick. Muchas gracias por todo, Pedro! Siempre un placer.

First & Last Time I Come Here !! They Still Left Trash On The Floor The Guy Cleaned Everything around Passenger Side Windsheild Left Dirty Passenger Side Wheels Weren’t Cleaned Only Driver Side Was Looking Good & I Still Tipped The Guy , Didn’t Add Air Freshener When They Asked N Comes Along With Wash Lol Worst Part I Called Front Desk & I Explained Everything To Lady All She Said Was Sorry & That If I Want They Put Air Freshener Next Time I Go When The Guy Said All Washes Come With Some Con’s Workers Spend More Time Talking To Eachother While Drying & Cleaning Prob Why They Missed Half My Truck First 3 Pics From Pass Side Left Dirty Last 3 Pics From Driver Side Cleaned

Had a great experience With Pedro At Sparkling Image Wash today. The staff was friendly, professional, and super attentive to detail. My car came out spotless inside and out and they worked quickly without rushing the quality. You can tell they really care about customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others!
