Sparks Auto Service

I was recommended to Sparks by another shop I trust, and my experience was fantastic. The people were friendly, honest, and explained things to me simply. The mechanic got to the root of my car's issues, and where work wasn't needed, they were honest and didn't charge me. I will definitely bring my car back and recommend them to others.

We had a fuel issue and the car won't start. I was told to try Sparks Auto Service. Our friend said Sparks was local and eazy to deal with. I dealt with Rian and he got us in and out . I would recommend Sparks for there honesty and abilities to get us going again.

Service done the right way. I was getting ready to take a trip and my check engine light came on in my truck, literally as I'm getting ready to pull out of the driveway. Called Sparks to see if they could take a quick look at it. The person said to bring it in. I pull in, the guy behind the counter comes out, grabs the error code and discussed the situation with me about my options and what he would do were it him, for a solid ten minutes at least. He reset the code and told me to call him when I got back home to discuss it more. All of this was done for NO CHARGE. Simply because they are good people and they care about their customers. Recently had to take my 2013 Fiat 500 in to get some work done. They not only took care of all issues. They kept in contact with everything they were doing. Excellent customer service, Excellent work, and great place for other FIAT owners to go. To get work done on the adult sized gokarts... Love this place, absolutely recommend! (Update, this place has good service and hope to see them continue to do well)
