Planned to have a family road trip from Massachusetts to Chicago. Out of everywhere, alternator died in Wauseon, OH on a Saturday night. After making 30 calls no one was able to help except Sparkys Automotive Services. On a Sunday morning, they accepted me in for the repair and the mechanic, Khalil, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and confident. They are a gem in the rough. I strongly recommend them to anyone. My tire blew and i was stranded with my wife and all four of my children with nobody to call on. All the tire shops was closed including Sparkys but the young gentleman that works here stayed after even though he was suppose to be gone a hour ago. He was very friendly and helpful and didn't leave until the job was done. That shows good integrity and because of that i highly recommend this place. Sparky's Automotive Service will get the job done!!!

Broke down on a road trip, they stayed over 3 hours past their business hours to help us get back on the road. Great service, polite people and amazing value. Would recommend this shop to anybody. Truly some people you can trust.

Went in because the air in my tires was super low, the man came right out and filled them up with some air. after chatting found out they did some of the repairs that I need to have done soon and the prices seemed very fair will definitely come back for more service.

When I drove up, Khalil, the owner, came out right away and asked how he could help. He started working on the problem right then and there and had me out of there quickly. I don't live near the shop, but if I had a problem near that area again, I would have no problem with going back to Sparkeys.
