I left my vehicle for two weeks, and I told them there was no rush because I had already bought a new car because there are few people left that can or want to do anything. The repair was more than I was quoted, but I did not say a word, but after I picked up and drove it I wanted to open the hood, the plastic knob broke off over a year ago, so I kept a pair of pliars in there to pull the hood latch. I picked my car up, and I needed to get gas, so I stopped to get some gas. I decided to open the hood and look to see if everything was okay because they replaced the head on the engine.
