I had such a great experience at Spartan Auto Sales. The whole process was smooth, organized, and way easier than I expected. From the moment I walked in, everyone was professional and respectful. Sadly, this was a very bad experience. Friendly guys at the time, but service and honesty is very questionable. I bought a Toyota Highlander for my family (we’re in the photo from 4 months ago). It had an ABS brake light which they assured us was a simple (cheap) fix. They admitted to trying to remove that light with their programmer. I haggled to less in hopes of covering the “small” repair but they barely budged because they assured it was a small issue. Well, repairs ended up being 6K! It was almost as much as the car! I contacted them over the phone and I could’ve sworn I heard them say they’d cancel all my remaining payments (language barrier?). But several days later over text they said they can only cancel one payment. That’s only $500 they were willing to help us out with. Then
