This guy is AMAZINGLY helpful. I left a request for a call back yesterday on his website for help to clone a 2007 Corvette BCM for me. He promptly called me back and spent over 20 minutes explaining why I DIDN'T need his service as it's usually just the 2005 model year that is an issue. He easily could have said "sure, send it in and I'll do it for you" but instead spent most of the call listening to the particulars of the problem I was experiencing and then outlining a very detailed approach on to how to remedy it, including checking and cleaning all the major ground terminals and where to find them. Early indications are that his suggestions ended up fixing the problem as I was able to run the car for 20 minutes just now without it throwing a single CEL, something I hadn't been able

Topline and Bottomline, Erik and the Spartan Autoworx/PlugNplayAutoparts Team are the best! Period. Trust them. I have a 2003 Chevy Silverado 2500HD and the airbag(SDM) module was throwing 2 codes. Erik took the time to inform me that even if I sent him the module, it would not be programable. He then searched his inventory, found a OEM part, programmed the SDM, and sent(2 Day Fedex) it out to me for a VERY FAIR price. Plugged it in......NO AIR BAG Light or dash board message. Good to go and pass inspection. GREAT SERVICE for the DIY mechanic and anyone trying to manage through getting complex electronic auto control modules repaired at a fair price. HIGHLY Recommend.

I award Spartan 5 Gold Stars. I mailed off my Jeep computer. The same day they received it they performed the SKIM delete. They called before close of business, twice confirmed my shipping address, collected payment, and shipped off the computer via FedEx. This was on a Friday and by Monday I received the package, installed the PCM, and had an operable vehicle. Well done and better than advertised.

After watching their helpful YouTube video about XLR BCM’s, I called Spartan Autoworx to get information about the BCM swap. Erik suggested a couple quick things to double check BEFORE sending the BCM in, and sure enough, those actually troubleshot the problem accurately, which meant the BCM was in fact functioning properly. I’m very grateful for these guys spending time on the phone in helping with my problem. I will definitely use Spartan Autoworx for any future control module projects I have in the future. Thanks again for the great customer service!

I will like to say that erik taken out the time to phone me up on a issue I was having with my 2010 Chevy camaro TECHM guild me with great tech support and instruction after following his instructions he was 100% correct on the issue If he was in person I will buy him dozen of donuts Thank Erik .
